Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><p><span>The constraints submodel include data that represent constraints that are likely to limit wind energy development either because of national security or high level of conflict. This submodel included a Department of Defense exclusion area data layer and a U.S. Coast Guard PACPARS proposed fairway zone data layer. These submodel results classify areas within the Call Areas that are either constrained or suitable for wind energy development in the context of the NCCOS suitability analysis. The total constraints in the submodel overlapped with 57.59% of the Call Areas. </span></p></div>
